Key Responsibilities
- Learn animation principles and motion design
- Create animations for websites and landing pages
- Design micro-interactions and UI animations
- Develop complex animations and page flows
- Work with After Effects, Figma, and other animation tools
- Collaborate with designers and developers
- Export animations in web-ready formats (Lottie, SVG, etc.)
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions
- Stay updated with animation trends and techniques
Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Animation, Design, or related field
- Portfolio of animation work or motion graphics projects
- Self-driven learner with personal animation projects
- Creative mindset with attention to timing and detail
- Passion for motion design and user experience
- Strong communication skills
- High ownership mentality
- Ability to explain creative decisions
- Available for a 6-month full-time commitment
Nice to Have
- Experience with After Effects, Principle, or similar tools
- Understanding of animation principles (timing, easing, etc.)
- Knowledge of Lottie or web animation formats
- Familiarity with Figma
- Basic understanding of web technologies
- Experience with 3D animation tools
